Postdoctoral fellow in molecular biology and genomics
About this role
The Guertin lab is seeking a postdoctoral scientist in our Molecular Genomics lab at UConn Health. Our group is at the interface of molecular biology and computational biology. We develop and adopt experimental and computational techniques to study basic mechanisms of transcription and chromatin function. Postdoc candidates should send Mike Guertin their CV and a 1 page cover letter describing how their proposed projects would interface or complement the lab’s focus. Please do not use AI in preparing application materials. The candidate will have flexibility to choose their own research projects, matched with close mentorship, and the ability to use their work to establish academic independence.
