Scientist Position

We are seeking a Scientist to join our Oncology & Immuno-Oncology group, supporting the identification and validation of novel tumor drug targets using in vitro and in vivo approaches. In this role, you will design and execute cell-based and animal studies that directly inform target discovery and validation, while collaborating closely with your supervisor and cross-functional peers to move promising science forward.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

    Discover your role:

    • Perform in vitro cell culture and molecular biology experiments to support target discovery
    • Conduct in vivo tumor studies in mice, including injections, and blood and tissue collection
    • Analyze and document data with rigor, then communicate findings clearly to your supervisor and peers
    • Compile and organize results into polished, presentation-ready formats
    • Maintain precise, well-organized lab notebooks
    • Keep the lab running smoothly through daily maintenance tasks, such as ordering reagents and supplies
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where priorities can shift day to day
    • Bring curiosity and initiative to learning new techniques and expanding your skill set

      This role requires:

      • BS or MS with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
      • Experience with mouse tumor models, including subcutaneous implantation, drug dosing, tumor measurement, and tumor harvest
      • Experience with large-scale mammalian cell culture
      • Experience with basic molecular biology and biochemistry techniques (e.g., cell/tissue lysate preparation for DNA/RNA/protein analysis, western blots, transfection, PCR, and cloning)
      • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
      • Preferred: experience designing FACS panels and performing multi-color FACS analysis
      • Preferred: experience with CRISPR screening
