Research assistant in AI-driven peptide design and translational cancer research
About this role
Research Assistant in AI-Driven Peptide Design and Translational Cancer Research
The Helleday Laboratory belongs to the Department of Oncology and Pathology at Karolinska Institutet, is located at SciLifeLab in Solna, and consists of approximately 30 researchers, doctoral students, and postdocs. The overall goal of our operations is to improve current cancer treatments by exploiting defects in cancer cells to tailor specific anti-cancer drugs with minimal side effects. Our work encompasses both basic and translational research to improve current cancer treatments and treatment of inflammatory disorders. The research group is multidisciplinary, with expertise in cell biology, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacology from both academia and industry and provides a highly creative environment.
