Summary
An RNA-seq study of altered gene expression in serum starved human HSC1L cells (an immortalized Schwann cell line) with and without knockout (KO) of NF1. The analysis of the RNA-seq data led to the identification of a set of genes disregulated in the NF1 KO samples.
