Summary
We provide transcriptional profiles of CD4+ memory T cell subsets in response to M. tuberculosis antigen stimulation of cells obtained from donors with confirmed latent TB infection (LTBI) to interrogate the memory recall response. We observe that different memory T cell subsets exhibit unique responses to Mtb stimulation.
