Summary (written by the submitters)
Tumor protein p53 is a key regulator of several cellular pathways, including DNA repair, cell cycle and angiogenesis. Kevetrin exhibits p53-dependent as well as independent activity in solid tumors, while its effects on leukemic cells remain unknown. We analyzed the response of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines (TP53 wild-type: OCI-AML3 and MOLM-13; and TP53-mutant: KASUMI-1 and NOMO-1) to kevetrin at a concentration range of 85-340 μM.

Kevetrin induced cell growth arrest and apoptosis in all cell lines and in primary cells, with TP53-mutant models displaying a higher sensitivity and p53 induction. Gene expression profiling revealed a common core transcriptional program altered by drug exposure and the downregulation of glycolysis, DNA repair and unfolded protein response signatures. These findings suggest that kevetrin may be a promising therapeutic option for patients with both wild-type and TP53-mutant AML.

Direct links to NCBI, no account and no request form. Pick by what you want to do: take the small processed table to look, the supplementary files to re-analyse, or the original raw data to start over.

1 · Just have a look

Processed table

The series matrix: one table of values per sample as the submitters processed it. The smallest download, and it opens in Excel or R. Start here to see what the data look like.

2 · Re-analyse it

Supplementary files

The count tables and other files the authors uploaded. Take only the samples you need.

All supplementary files ↗
3 · The original raw files

Whole study · RAW.tar

Everything the authors deposited as one archive (GSE137574_RAW.tar), including the raw array or instrument files. Can be large; the picker in step 2 takes just the samples you need.

What the files usually look like: For arrays the series matrix is normally the normalised expression table you want; the raw array files (CEL and similar) are in the RAW.tar.
