Summary
To determine how Entinostat (ENT) treatment affected tumor-infiltrating CD8 T cells, we treated TS/A tumor-bearing mice with vehicle or ENT daily beginning at day 7 and performed RNAseq on CD8 T cells isolated from tumors on day 10 and day 17. These data show that ENT progressively altered both the function and distribution of infiltrating CD8 T cells.
