Summary
To explore which pathways ZCCHC10 is involved in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we constructed ML-2 cells stably expressing ZCCHC10 (ML2-Zh10) or empty vector (ML2-Vec). Then, RNA-seq was performed to compare the mRNA profilings of ML2-ZH10 and ML2-Vec cells.
