Single-cell RNA-seq of traumatic brain injury samples

GSE182398 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/08/27 Platform GPL24676
Summary
The pathological process of traumatic brain injury (TBI) is complicated, and endothelial cells (ECs) is critical in these pathological and physiological processes. In this study, ECs from surgically removed injury tissues were isolated, and then subjected to single-cell RNAseq to explore their transcriptomic profiles.
