Summary
HepG2-NTCP cells were infected with HBV, before being treated with 30uM FG-4592, 5uM QC6352, or cultured in 1% oxygen for 72 hours. The impact of cuture conditions on both the host and viral transcriptome were determined by RNA-sequencing.
