Summary
Primary hepatoblast organoids (HBOs) are grown and passaged in medium that contains both Wnt3a and R-spondin conditioned media (HBO complete medium). It is hypothesised that these molecules that are part of the WNT signalling pathway may be contributing to the HBOs self-renewal properties.
