Mapping chromatin landscape regulated by RBBP4/p300 complex in glioblastoma [ChIP-seq]

GSE196381 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 15 samples 2026/06/18 GPL21290
Summary
We report the application of ChIPseq to map the chromatin landscape associated with RBBP4/p300 complex in glioblastoma. For this, we performed RBBP4 and p300 specific ChIP followed by sequencing in GBM44 and 154 and identified regions co-occupied by RBBP4 and p300. We also used H3K9ac and H3K27Ac to map the potential promoters and/or enhancers controlled by histone acetylation mediated through RBBP4/p300 comolex.
