Defining transcripts regulated by RBBP4/p300 complex in glioblastoma [RNA-seq]

GSE196382 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/06/18 Platform GPL20301
Summary
Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized the ability to conduct genome wide transcriptional regulation. The goals of this study was to identify potential genes regulated by RBBP4/p300 complex by comparing transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) generated in GBM43 expressing control non-targeting shRNA with cells expressing shRNA targeting RBBP4 or p300. Commonly downregulated and upregulated genes by both shRBBP4 and shp300 were considered to potentially be regulated by RBBP4/p300 complex.
