Summary
Ad-hTCF7L2 was utilized to overexpress TCF7L2 in RPCs. We identified 1622 differentially expressed genes, including 1134 upregulated genes and 488 downregulated genes. We found that overexpressed TCF7L2 in RPCs significantly downregulate genes involving in cell cycle and DNA replication
