Summary
To investigate the correlation between G2E3 and SUV39H2 in regulating gene expression and heterochromatin repeats DNA transcription, we generated G2E3 knockout HeLa cells line and SUV39H2 knockout HeLa cells line by the CRISPR-Cas9 system essentially as described (Ran et al., 2013), and performed gene expression profiling analysis and repeats DNA transcription profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.
