Summary
Previous studies found that MLF1 mRNA levels tended to decline in aging hearts. Functional studies found that knockdown of MLF1 ameliorated the drug-induced cellular senescence phenotype. Here, we apply transcriptomics to explore the underlying molecular mechanisms.
