Summary
To identify the key developmental genes regulated by ALX1 in the neural crest cell stage, we establsihed isogenic PSC lines with different ALX1 genotype (patient-specific missense mutation, large deletion or control/wild-type). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cells of 3 different genotypes at PSC stage and NCC stage
