Summary
MED23-KD 293T cells in which MED23 was mostly knockouted were generated by CRISPR-Cas9. We performed ChIP experiments in WT and MED23-KD cells to profile the genomic occupation profiles of FIP1, which is one of the components of pre-mRNA 3' end processing complex.
