Summary
Lnc#61 is a Long non-coding RNA that inhibits the replication of H5N1 subtype of influenza A virus However, the mechanism of role of Lnc#61 against highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAIV) H5N1 subtype in mammalian cells is largely unknown. By functional analysis, we want to investigate host factors involved in Lnc#61's antiviral activity in infected or non-infected 293T cells
