RNA-Sequencing Analysis of of heart tissue from murine model of endotoxemia

GSE215131 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 24 samples 2025/10/10 GPL23479
Summary
Cardiac dysfunction, an early complication of sepsis and endotoxemia, is the major cause of death in intensive care units. To explore the key mechanism in the “double-hit” endotoxemia heart, we performed bulk RNA sequencing and analyses of heart tissue from healthy C57BL/6J mice with endotoxin exposure at early or late stage. The RNA-seq analyses revealed the canonical and non-canonical inflammasome activation is involved in endotoxin-induced cardiac injury.
