Global and region-specific rules of airway epithelial development

GSE215957 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 478 samples 2026/02/16 GPL17021
Summary
Lineage tracing experiment using a airway secretory specific Cre driver mouse. Airway secretory (club) cells were labelled from the beginning of the expression of the pansecretory marker Scgb1a1, at embryonic day 16.5 (E16.5) and samples were collected in four developmental stages (E19.5, P2, P21 and P60). Samples were collected right before activation of the Cre reporter, at E16.5, and served as control. We were interested to characterize the transcriptomic changes and uncover the molecular mechanisms that control the differentiation and maturation of the secretory cell lineage.
