Gene expression profile of human monocyte-derived macrophage stimulated with AGP, anti-CD74 antibody, and mycobacterium avium infaction

GSE217996 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2024/11/01 Platform GPL18573
Summary
Macrophages are immune cells inctributing to several kinds of diseases, and activation status of macrophages are considered to be regulated by several stimulations. To test the gene expression change in activated macrophages, human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with alpha1-acid glycoprotein (AGP), anti-CD74 blocking antobody, anti-CD74-agonistic antibody. Macrophages infected with Micobacterium avium were also tested. The mRNA expression in control, stimulated, infected macrophages were analysed.
