ChIP-seq analysis in Cal-62 cells treated with Niraparib

GSE219292 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/11/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To assess the function of Niraparib in thyroid cancer, we performed transcriptome analysis through high-throughput CHIP-Seq of PARP1 in DMSO and Niraparib treated Cal-62 cells Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for PARP1 in DMSO and Niraparib treated Cal-62 cells.
