Effect of TPTN on gene expression in doxorubicin-induced dilated cardiomyopathy

GSE220177 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/12/05 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To investigate the intrinsic mechanism of TPTN in treating DOX-induced dilated cardiomyopathy, we established DOX-induced dilated cardiomyopathy model mice and TPTN treated mice, using healthy mice as the normal control. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis of the RNA-seq data obtained from the heart tissues of these three groups of mice.
