Regulation of host RNA splicing in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infected macrophages

GSE223916 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/03/31 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Here using a high-throughput yeast two-hybrid and mass spectrometry approach we show that mycobacterial proteins can access the RNA splicing machinery of the host, thereby playing a critical role in infection-induced perturbation of alternative splicing.
