Summary
The aim of this project is to use high-throughput transcriptomic approach to decipher the tumor mutational burden (TMB) of two cancer cell lines, MBT2 (urothelial) and LM8 (osteosarcoma), syngeneic of the C3H/HeN mouse strain, and to compare them as biomarker of immunogenicity (Rizvi NA et al. Science, 2015, Sha D et al. Cancer Discovery, 2020).
