LIGHT induces psoriais and atopic dermatitis related genes in keratinocyte

GSE225779 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/09/10 Platform GPL24676
Summary
LIGHT upregulated a varity of genes in the human keratinocytes that are found to be highly expressed in the patients with psoriais and atiopic dermatitis. RNA was isolated from 3 different replicates per group, using a Qiagen kit and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
