Mounting evidence indicates that the cGAS-STING pathway represents the major DNA sensing pathway to invoke immune and inflammatory responses in neuroinflammatory disorders. Here, we examined the gene expression changes in the brain of cGAS or STING knockout mice after ischemic stroke.
