Summary
Transcriptomic profiling of ZFTA ependymoma cell line was treated with the hypomethylating (5-Azacytidine) for a period of 96 hours to assess global transcriptional response. The focus of these transcriptional studies were identified changes in gene expression following treatment with hypomethylating agent, such as, pathways and biological functions alterations to defining novel promoters genes regulated by DNA methylation and potential demethylation therapy.
