The effect of miR-200 overexpression in lung cancer-associated fibroblasts

GSE226886 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2024/04/08 Platform GPL17021
Summary
To investigate the roles of miR-200 family memebrs in the regulation of lung cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), we overexpressed miR-200b/a/429 cluster in murine lung CAFs through lentiviral infection. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control and miR-200-overexpressed CAFs.
