IL-21 induces antitumor response in NK cells via CEBPD

GSE227098 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 60 samples 2024/07/09 GPL24676
Summary
NK cells engineered to express IL-21 (IL-21 NK) acquire strong antitumor activity, with the ability to respond to glioblastoma (GBM) rechallenge in vitro and in vivo. IL-21 NK cells have a unique signature of chromatin accessibility, with CCAAT/Enhancer-Binding Protein (C/EBP), especially CEBPD, serving as key transcription factors regulating their memory response.
