Summary
To explore whether Piezo-CAP induced apoptosis and autophagy through inhibiting multiple cancer survival pathways together of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo. RNA-sequence (RNA-seq), Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) were utilized to investigate the mechanism of Piezo-CAP treatment HCC cells.
