An integrated multi-omics and network analysis of neutrophil differentiation from early- to late-stage[RNA-Seq]

GSE227542 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2025/11/24 GPL20795
Summary
The goal of this study is to study the gene regulation mechanism during ATRA-induced HL-60 cell neutrophil differentiation especially in the early time-point. We demonstrated the striking early changes event that trigger the whole differentiation process. We also identified the pioneer TFs (Transcription factors) that ignite the differentiation process with the corresponding TF correlation networks.
