Summary
To investigate the role of NSUN2-mediated m5C RNA modification in HCC cell line, the study adopted Huh7 cell to knokdown the expression of NSUN2 by Short hairpin RNAs. We then performed m5C MeRIP-seq (GenSeq®️ m5C MeRIP Kit) at at ShNC group and ShNSUN2 group, each group with three replicates.
