Summary
HEK293T cells expressing BS2 in different compartments (cytosol, mitochondria, nucleus, nucleolus) were labeled with AC-2. Subsequent enrichment of labeled RNAs, PolyA capture and RNA-seq reveals RNA populations in those compartments.
