Summary
MiR-9 plays an irreplaceable role in regulating the progression of breast cancer. In order to study the role of miR-9 in promoting MDSC recruitment in the tumor microenvironment, we need to explore the genetic process of miR-9 regulation. We used microarrays to detail the global program of miR-9 down-regulated gene expression and identified different categories of regulated genes in this process.
