Meningioma cell lines CH-157MN and IOMM-Lee treated with digitoxin and torin 2

GSE230502 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 24 samples 2024/12/01 GPL18573
Summary
Meningiomas are central nervous system cancers that originate the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord. To date, there is a lack of effective drug treatment options. This project used a drug combination prediction algorithm to arrive at digitoxin and torin 2 as a potentially effective pairwise combination. RNA-sequencing data was collected from the untreated, digitoxin treated, torin 2-treated, and combination-treated CH-157MN and IOMM-Lee cell lines to experimentally validate the prediction algorithm.
