Summary
We used bulk RNAseq to examine differences in blood transcriptomic profiles between depressed individuals with hyperphagia (MDD-hyper) compared to depressed individuals with hypophagia (MDD-hypo) at rest before and after the stress task, controlling for repeated measures.
