Summary
We aimed at investigating molecular changes stimulated CD4+ T cells undergo after anti-human CD4 mAb (MAX.16H5) treatment in order to study mechanisms of immune tolerance induction. Non-specific immunosuppression by Cyclosporin A is used as a reference treatment.
