Summary
To identify differentially expressed oncogenic lncRNAs in the mitochondria of HCC cells under hypoxia, hypoxia cell models of PHH and two HCC cell lines (Huh-7 and Hep-3B) were constructed, then we isolated mitochondrial RNA from the different groups after treatment with CoCl2 for 0, 6, and 12 hours for RNA-seq.
