Summary
To investigate the difference in gene expression of liver cancer cells after co-culture with activated CD8+T cells , we established a tumor cells/activated CD8+T cells co-culture system in which murine liver cancer cell line hepa1-6 were co-cultured and attacked directly by murine in vitro activated spleen naive CD8+T cells (effector: target=5:1) for 48 hours. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two different groups (immune attacked or control) with 5 repetitions per group.
