Summary
We performed RNA sequencing to assess changes in gene expression in two models of SMARCB1 deficient cells. Total RNA was extracted from the cells, before and after treatment with GSK-J4 and before and after the ectopic exoresion recovery of the gene, using standard approaches. RNA-sequencing data performed in this work was performed and analyzed at Novogene.
