Synthetic polymer based 3D culture improve naïve properties of human induced pluripotent stem cells

GSE233565 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/07 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Human induced pluripotent stem cells were cultured on crosslinked cyclosiloxane based polymer. Gene expression profiling analysis was conducted through data obtained from RNA sequencing to investigate the genetic difference between human induced pluripotent stem cells cultured on vitronectin plate and polymer coated plate.
