Summary
In this study the effect of pegylated arginasse I on global gene expression in U87 and U373 were examined. Both cells were cultured in complete medium with PBS control or 1U/ml pegylated arginase I (BCT-100) for 72 hours. Comparative transcriptome analysis of both cell lines in PBS control versus BCT-100 treatment were performed.
