DDX6 reshapes the cancer RNA editome to suppress RNA-induced innate immunity [Bulk RNA-seq]

GSE234652 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 21 samples 2026/06/01 GPL20301
Summary
ADAR1 is thought to be an immune suppressor and maintains self-tolerance to endogenous nucleic acids through its A-to-I RNA editing catalytic activity. Its editing activity is tightly regulated by an array of different proteins and factors. In this study, we investigated the role of DDX6 in A-to-I RNA editing regulation and how this in turns regulate dsRNA-induced immunity.
