Summary
To investigate the role of miR22-3p mimic and inhibitor on the differentiation of HDPSC into NPCs, we transfected the cells with the treatment and induced the neural differentiation within 24 hours. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different treatments (mimic, inhibitor and control) at three time points (Days 1, 3, and 7).
