Summary
LncRNA RPPH1 has been reported to be highly expressed in a variety of cancers. In order to determine the function and mechanism of lncRNA RPPH1 in breast cancer, we overexpressed lncRNA RPPH1 in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells, and analyzed the gene expression changes in these RPPH1 overexpressed cells compared with the control cells by RNA-seq.
