Multi-omic analysis of NCOR SMRT function in macrophages

GSE235408 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 72 samples 2025/09/24 GPL13112GPL30172GPL24247
Summary
To compare NCOR and SMRT transcriptional repressor complexes in macrophages, we conducted an analysis of protein binding patterns, transcriptomic patterns, and epigenome correlations. Our systematic research revealed both the similarities and functional specificities of NCOR and SMRT, highlighting the synergistic and differential regulation characteristics of these complexes in macrophages. These findings offer a deeper understanding of the distinct manifestations of epigenome differential regulation.
