Summary
To obtain neuroepithelial cells (NECs) for transplantation, we differentiated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) using a 3-day or 12-day protocol and also human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) using a 3-day protocol. Then, using RNA-seq, we studied the dynamics of gene expression in each differentiation and compared them with each other.
