ATAC-sequencing of genetically engineered intestinal organoid lines modeling colorectal cancer (CRC) progression

GSE239752 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/10/17 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To characterize changes in chromatin accessibility acorss the CRC malignancy continum, wild type organoids (WT), ApcKO (A) and ApcKO::KrasG12D::Smad4KO::Trp53KO (AKSP) tumoroids were subjected to bulk ATAC-seq. We then performed differential accessibility analysis using data obtained from ATAC-seq of the indicated organoid lines.
